• Mixing：Adjust the ratio according to the formula, fill into the ingredient funnel, the ingredient will be sucked towards production line automatically.
• Shaping：Plastify the raw resin matierials by high-temperature and pressure, forming the plastic sheet from the mold.
• Casting Stretching：The thick plastic sheets get to be extented (TD & MD) into thin and wide film material casted by rollers.
• Rolling：The film extended will be rolled into large rolls(over 6000 metres per roll), ready to be cut into products.
• Cutting & Packing：Cut the large roll into certain width and length according to the order of customers. After that, pack the products and put into stock.
